A sale dress could be on sale for a few reasons:
- The manufacturer has discontinued the production of the dress.
- We have too much stock of a particular dress.
- The dress may be damaged.
From time to time we may issue coupons to promote certain items or events, all coupons have an expiry date – be sure to read the t+c’s when you receive the coupon.
If you have checked the expiry date, and the coupon code is indeed incorrect please email email@example.com or use our contact form with a description of your problem, please also include where you found the coupon code.
If you have a coupon and wish to use it on your order, you should select the items you wish to purchase, then proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, on the bottom left corner you will see a box for inputting your code.
We only accept payments via PayPal, this ensures that your payment details remain as secure as possible.

Due to the nature of the garments we supply, returns will only be accepted for garments with original tags and packaging, no additional scents (deodorant, perfume, smoke, animal etc.), and in sale condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, and notification is needed highlighting which product is being returned and why. (This can be done through the Contact form).
Please note that Sale products are excluded from our refund policy, however they may be refunded at the managers discretion depending on the circumstances.
Please ensure that you take appropriate measurements to identify a correct size using the size charts provided for each manufacturer.
If you place an order by mistake, or change your mind about an item you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible detailing the problem with your order, please also include your order number.
We aim to process all of our orders on the day of placement, therefore we cannot guarantee your order will be altered in time before delivery.
Unfortunately in this event you will have to return the item to us, in the correct fashion outlined in the “after delivery” FAQ. In the event that we can cancel your order before it is posted, you may receive a small fee resulting from money transfer costs.
Firstly we apologise for having sent out a faulty product, we can assure you we do our best to make sure all the items look great before shipping.
Secondly, you should send an email to email@example.com with the following information within 3 days of delivery:
Your order number received in your confirmation email, your current shipping address, a valid phone number and then a quick description of the item and a picture of the fault to help us identify the problem.
Upon receipt of your email we will organise for an alternative arrangement to be made.
Due to the high value products we provide, we can only accept refunds where the item is faulty or damaged. If you have received a faulty item, please see “I received a faulty item, what now?” below.

Unfortunately at the present time we ONLY deliver to the UK due to uneconomical shipping prices.
We aim to post all items as quickly as possible (within a few days), however due to the high value nature of the dresses we sell this can be a time consuming process. Delivery times are different for the different styles of dress, please get in contact with us through the contact page if you need an accurate estimate.
We post using 1st Class Royal Mail (signed for).
